Specialized Projects

TCIS designs rugged mechanical sampling systems for a variety of applications.
Mechanical samplers are used to extract samples of free flowing materials such as ore, coal, coke, limestone, grains (corn, soybeans, etc.), wood chips and liquids.
The development / design and operation of samplers eliminates problems inherent in manual sampling methods and provides representative and repeatable samples.
Our samplers can be used in gravity lines (belt conveyor chutes), pneumatic or liquid and can be installed in rails, in the middle and at the end of moving belts.
